staff shortage valet parking
the room was spacious with everything i needed the bed was comfortable
the front desk was understaffed it took over 25 minutes to retrieve my car due to these staff shortages i also found it unacceptable that i had to pay for valet parking as the website advertised parking on site which was full upon arrival
